The Family Service Group offers families with school-aged children a chance to participate in community service projects as part of living their faith.

Past year activities included:

  • Supporting our troops by making Valentine cards for soldiers recovering at Walter Reed Hospital and no-sew fleece blankets for SoldierAngels.com to send to the military hospital in Germany.
  • Raising money for Loaves & Fishes by participating in the Good Friday Walk.
  • Helping to plant the Garden at Church Meadows.

The group meets about every other month, depending on interest and project ideas. All families with children and families without children who like to work together with children are welcome! And new ideas are always welcome!
