The Senior Choir sings at Palm Sunday.

All Choirs, including Handbell Choirs, welcome anyone who wishes to participate. Participants do not need to be a member of the Church; no membership fees are assessed; and no previous experience is necessary.

All music rehearsals take place weekly from September until June. The Senior Choir will began rehearsals September 8th, 2010, and all other choirs will begin the week of September 14th.

The Senior Choir sings in church most Sundays at the 10:15am service and occasionally at the 8:30am service. The Senior Choir sings a variety of styles of music and presents a cantata accompanied by orchestra for our Maundy Thursday service. The Senior Choir and our handbell choirs perform in special church services, church concerts, at festivals, and for special events.

The Children’s Singing Choirs sing in church approximately once a month and occasionally for Sunday School. They also perform at the Christmas Concert, Christmas Pageant, and present a musical for Children’s Sunday in June. At choir rehearsals the children learn about music and our Christian faith, while developing their singing skills and having fun.

The United Ringers perform at many events outside of the church in addition to playing in church about once a month. This is an advanced handbell choir and membership in this group must be approved by the Music Minister. This group has become so well known that it attracts ringers from distant communities, such as Nashua and Sudbury.
